Rituals for Intuition and Grounding

Building a routine to promote intuition and self-awareness can be a valuable step in personal growth, especially for individuals recovering from people-pleasing tendencies or feeling enmeshed in others' expectations.

Here are some ideas to help you build your own every day ritual that incorporates various practices to help you reconnect with your intuition, establish a sense of self-awareness, and cultivate a grounded presence. Adjust the elements to suit your personal preferences and needs, and practice this ritual regularly to deepen your connection to your inner wisdom.

Rituals for Intuition and Grounding

Energy cleansing for intuition and grounding

It is always good practice to cleanse and prepare your space for ritual if you can. This can be with something as simple as incense, but since this is a more every day ritual, it can be great to do do a deeper energy cleansing at least once a year in your space.

You can follow this step by step energy cleansing ritual for your home or another of your choosing. After you have done a deep energy cleansing in your space, you can keep the energies high with incense, flowers, and colors that match the vibe you want to attract.
