#IGRecipes Baked Nachos
Plant Based Baked Nachos 😋
- Organic Tortilla Chips (OR homemade tortillas cut in triangles and baked. Tortilla recipe in Taco Night book)
- 1 c of prepared Walnut Meat from the Taco Night mini book
- 1 c of the 60 Second Nacho Cheese Sauce from the Taco Night mini book
- Handful of arugula
- Avocado
- Tomato, bell pepper, cilantro, other toppings of choice
To prepare, simply:
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, and layer out tortilla chips.
- On top of the chips later half of the arugula, nacho cheese sauce, and walnut meat. Add another layer of chips, arugula, walnut meat, and nacho cheese sauce.
- Bake for 10 minutes or until everything has warmed through.
- Remove and enjoy immediately
